Rug 1 arrived with a 4 cut through it maybe not their fault as it could have occurred in shipping but also a few stains on the rug. Rug pad recommended sold separately. It has the chevron pattern which i love its softer than regular jute with the chenille addition and the pattern looks like it will hides stains easy. We ended up going with the jute herringbone rug from west elm which is 50 chenille and when it arrived i was so excited because it was gorgeous and really soft but it has worn terribly the beautiful soft chenille part has turned grey and flattened completely over less than a year. After looking through all of the rest of west elm s rugs these are my other favorites. We just purchased the jute chenille herringbone rug and love it.
